Breaking News: Public Service Minister Debunks Fake Recruitment Of 36,000 Youths
The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform (MINFOPRA), Joseph Lé, has uncovered an attempt by unscrupulous elements to scam Cameroonian youths through a fake employment bid.
For some time now, a communiqué has been circulating on social media platforms according to which an enterprise, Génie Vert, was recruiting under the patronage of President Paul Biya, 36,000 youths, that is 100 from each subdivision of the country, with salaries ranging from 150,000 FCFA to 350,000 FCFA.
To give more credibility to the scam, the hoodlums faked the account of the public service minister, where the same communiqué was put up, encouraging youths to apply.
It is, in order to save the youth from this huge scam that Joseph Lé has opted to dissociate himself from the content. He has called on the public to be more vigilant and to bear in mind that all public service recruitments are duly signed and published through appropriate channels.
